Consultations and tastings are conducted Tuesday through
Thursday from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 11:00 a.m. -
1:30 p.m. Weekends are reserved for creating and delivering
wedding cakes. We limit free consultations to one per client. If
you wish to schedule a second tasting, we are happy to do so at a
charge of $25.
Space is restricted in our consultation area. Therefore, we request
that you limit the number of guests at your consultation to one or
two for a maximum of three people (includes the bride). We
welcome small children. However, please notify us in advance if
you are bringing children with you. If you would like to bring more
than two guests to your consultation, please make the request 2
weeks in advance. There will be a charge of $15 per person for
each additional guest participating in the cake tasting.
We are happy to schedule consultations for any occasion cake.
However, free cake tastings are reserved for wedding cakes and
large event cakes or sculpted cakes consisting of $300 or more.
Plan to spend approximately one hour with us at your consultation
and bring any ideas, pictures, color swatches, and inspirational
items with you to your appointment. We can use your wedding
dress lace/beading, invitations, jewelry, etc. as inspiration for your
wedding cake design. Favorite sports teams, hobbies, etc., are
great inspirations for sculpted cakes.
If you have a favorite cake flavor or any food allergies, please
inform us when you schedule your appointment. We will have
three complimentary cake flavors for you to sample at your cake
tasting along with several fillings. The flavors will be of our
choosing and discretion. However, we will attempt to accommodate
special requests provided we receive a two-week notification.
Dates are booking quickly for 2010. Be sure to schedule your
