REFUNDS/RETURNS:  All of the items that we offer are custom made.  Therefore, the
manufacturer does not offer any type of refund.  The manufacturer will grant a replacement on any
item that is defective in quality within 5 business days of receiving the package.  If the item is
shipped directly to you, It is your responsibility to check the product as soon as you receive the
package, and contact us immediately with any concerns so we can contact the manufacturer for
replacement.  Please be confident about your order as items may not be returned for a refund or
exchange for any reason other than a defective product.
